Passion Projects

Some questions to ask yourself:

1. What is the social problem your social venture would like to solve?

Youth and young professional activists want to fight cancer, with a focus on health equity, but there is not a space for support or a sense of community to create change.

2. What is your vision and mission?

How might we create a volunteer leadership organization for youth and young professionals in a way that empowers them,  advocates for change, and activates them in campaigns?

3. What is your theory of change —- your social impact theory? (aka values and principles)?

4. What is your business model?

5. Who is your competition?

6. Who is on your team and your operational plan?

7. What is your growth strategy (how do you plan to scale and replicate your operations)?

8. How will you assess and measure your social impact?
